The client had already implemented multiple enterprise software solutions, such as SAP, Sharepoint, and various Engineering and other third party solutions. Client was using custom spreadsheets for the management and financial reporting of their projects.Their projects could be as small as installing a video system in a conference room to as large as the construction of a new hospital. A fast growing, environmental services provider.
Prior to engaging with MT Works, our client was manually recording all inspection data using paper forms, email, and file sharing. This process quickly became tedious and difficult to manage.
Scheduling inspections, physically capturing all inspection data, sending results to the back office, and the manual compilation of the inspection reports were extremely labor intensive and prone to error. The team was spending far too much time managing paperwork, and not enough time on revenue generating tasks.
Within three months, MT Works leveraged its CoreWorks Platform delivering a fully customized business solution to automate their inspection process. The solution consisted of both a web-based back-office system as well as an iOS app to be used in the field by the inspection team. Once a job is complete, the data and photos are automatically uploaded and the back-office is notified. Report data can then be reviewed and modified if necessary. Once approved the full report is compiled as a PDF document and shared with the customer.
